How to Make Soft Maandazi (maaandazi recipe)
Ingredients,
Sugar ¼
Baking powder 2 teaspoon
salt
Oil 3 teaspoon
Flour ½
Warm water 2 litter
- Starting by combine baking powder flour and sugar .
- Add oil and warm water in the mixing bowl.
- Wait for twenty min until smooth and elastic dough is formed well
- Wait for dough into balls.
- Heat a few oil in flan pan.
- Put your dough carefully in the hot oil.
- Turn the dough times until change into golden brown color.
- Let it cool for time in order to drain the oil off
- Serve them with tea or juice as a breakfast
- Enjoy it.
NOTE:USE ENOUGH OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
