How to Make Soft Maandazi (maaandazi recipe)


Starting by combine baking powder flour and sugar . Add oil and warm water in the mixing bowl. Wait for twenty min until smooth and elastic dough is formed well Wait for dough into balls.  Heat a few oil in flan pan. Put your dough carefully in the hot oil. Turn the dough times until change into golden brown color. Let it cool for time in order to drain the oil off Serve them with tea or juice as a breakfast Enjoy it.



Ingredients,

Sugar ¼

Baking powder 2 teaspoon

 salt

Oil 3 teaspoon

Flour ½

Warm water 2 litter
